Salve,
sto traducendo una lettera di approvazione di uno studio clinico da parte di un comitato etico.
Ad un certo punto il comitato dice di non avere obiezioni e indica le leggi che delimitano le sue prerogative.
"Dans le cadre de la loi... annexe ... point... qui précise que le comité d'éthique du centre à ajouter reçoit une soumission complète pour émettre un avis pour les points .... de l'article..."
Si tratta di una legge belga dovespiegano il fatto della sperimentazione multicentrica, che i centri di appoggio sono chiamati a dare certi pareri per fare in modo che venga espresso il parere unico.
Ma in tutto ciò... soumission complète?
