Si tratta di uno slogan per una ditta che stampa a freddo e la stampa a freddo, viene detto più volte, è la soluzione al problema di décolletage.

io tradurrei con taglio (l'ho trovato anche su euroricautum) ma si perde il senso del de-coll !!!
