Il couloir e' quel "corridoio" che vedi nella foto. generalmente c'era una pelle alla fine del corridoio per impedire che l'aria fredda entrasse. La piattaforma (per dormire, mangiare ecc) era sopraelevata proprio perche' l'aria calda sale. Au bas du mur: in altre fotografie (che pero' non ho trovato in rete) il corridoio e' molto piu' basso di quello che vedi nella foto, tanto che entri a quattro zampe.
