Grazie a tutte/i, sono appena tornata da Bordeaux, dove ho visitato, tra l'altro la Cité du vin. Ho preso un'audioguida in francese che parlava a un certo punto di vins chambrés. La tentazione di tradurre con temperatura ambiente è forte in italiano ma il francese possiede "température ambiante", credo sia quindi più idoneo pensare un locale che conservi/porti la birra a una determinata temperatura. Inoltre, difficilmente la temperatura ambiente di un locale chiuso è di 10° (d'inverno c'è il riscaldamento, ad esempio) e non tutte le cantine hanno la stessa temperatura di conservazione, per non parlare del fatto che se per temperatura ambiente si intende l'esterno, d'inverno la temperatura potrebbe essere di molto inferiore. Ho postato proprio la domanda per sentire il parere e la sensibilità di un madrelingua, visto che ero in dubbio tra le due soluzioni ma temperatura ambiente mi sembrava troppo ovvia.

Explanation:
Vedere il collegamento.

Birre diverse si bevono a una diversa temperatura (5-6 gradi Celsius oppure 10 o anche 16-18) e questo si ottiene mediante condizionamento in appositi armadi termostatati.
Non sbattendole in frigo e bevendo poi tutto "gelato".

Idem per i vini, con evidenti differenze fra bianchi e rossi, fondamentalmente, ma non solo.

Naturalmente si dovrà adattare la traduzione al contesto, p. es. dicendo "birra portata / condizionata alla temperatura richiesta / adatta".
