C'est un extrait d'eun contrat de vente, j'ai besoin d'une traduction en polonais, mais une explication en francais ou anglais irait pour le moment.

La phrase: "Ne sont pas comprises dans la presente vente..., mais a part ce, l'objet vendu est aliene tel qu'il se porsuit et comporte en l'etat avec tous plus vrais et meilleurs confins, si aucun il y a, les droits d'entree et de sortie, etc...."

Qu'estc-e que cela veut dire, ces confins?

Asker: The response of an specialiste that I recived: "Les confins sont les limites, précises ou imprécises, des terres agricoles; des bois; des vignes (et autres). Ces précisions écrites, indiquant bien les limites, servent à bien définir les propriétés et les droits qui y sont attachés (droit de passage, entre autres) A l'époque de cet acte, il y a alors peu de "plans parcellaires" (ancêtre en quelque sorte du cadastre) avec des cartes détaillées. Tout tient donc dans la précisions des "confins" avec cette remarque très utile : "si on trouve une meilleure -ou plus juste- description du bien avec ses limites (dans un acte notarié plus ancien), ce sera cette dernière qui fera foi"
