Fui ver a tradução, no Dicionário de Francês-Português. Em cour, dizem: «cour d'appel: Tribunal da Relação», «Cour de cassation: Supremo Tribunal de Justiça», «Cour des Comptes: Tribunal de Contas» e «Cour martiale: Tribunal Militar». No entanto, em appel, dizem: «cour d'appel: tribunal de segunda instância».
