Eu traduzo fazendo algo que me incomoda: eu ignoro o termo "tout en" e retiro na trad em português, por exemplo:
1) Como comer bem economizando?
2) Divulgue seus anúncios gratuitamente ganhando dinheiro.
3) Ela consiste em aumentar [...] elétrons monitorando a evolução do vácuo.
4) Bandido rouba um banco falando ao telefone.

Me parece que falta algo... tipo... "apenas" ou " e ainda"...
