Nul profane ou Frère ne sera admis ou promu à un grade quelconque ou à un office et charge, qu'il ne produise la quittance du Frère Trésorier pour le montant dudit grade, et pour l'écu d'Ordre et la quotité annuelle, selon la classe qu'il a adoptée dans dans la Loge.
On ne peut le donner qu'à un Frère qui appartient à une Loge réunie sous quelque dénomination que ce soit, qui oblige à y payer annuellement l'écu d'Ordre.
Ils ne paient d'autre rétribution que l'écu d'Ordre, et ne jouissent que de la voix consultative dans les délibérations.
