Le nouveau règlement, complété par les propositions du rapport Dimitrakopoulos, installerait donc un système de redistribution entaché d'arbitraire, inventé par les institutions européennes pour leur confort, alors qu'il n'était pas contenu tel quel dans l'article 191 du traité. Tout celà paraît bien peu conforme aux valeurs que l'Union prétend défendre.

În limbaj juridic "caracter arbitrar" e consacrat. În plus nu trebuie să ne depindem de definiţiile de dicţionar. De pildă, pe aceeaşi pagină avem traducerile în engleză (an arbitrary redistributive system ) şi spaniolă (un sistema de redistribución arbitrario), foarte clare.

Asker: Da, merge foarte bine traducerea asta, la care nu mna gandisem, dar intr-un context strict juridic, "entache de" s-ar traduce "atins de", "devenit", "cu viciu de" (Dictionar francez-roman, ed. 100+1 Gramar, Bucuresti, 2000). Ma intrebam mai degraba cum s-ar pune traducerea asta langa cuvantul "arbitrar" in asa fel incat sa sune normal in romana. De exemplu, "atins de arbitrar" mi se pare ciudat ca exprimare.
