À cet effet, l'invention propose un procédé de préparation de granulés à composition de matrice liante, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
a. fournir 40% à 60% en poids d'une matrice liante, 30% à 40% en poids d'un polymère, 4% à 6% en poids d'un agent compatibilisant, et 3% à 15% en poids d'une charge anti-adhérente ;
b. microniser le polymère en présence de l'agent compatibilisant pour former une préparation à polymère micronisé ayant des particules de polymère de diamètre compris entre 250 pm à 1000 pm, de préférence entre 400 pm à 600 pm ;
c. ajouter la matrice liante à ladite préparation à polymère micronisé obtenue à l'étape b. pour former un mélange à matrice liante;
d. ajouter la charge anti-adhérente audit mélange à matrice liante obtenu à l'étape c. pour former un noyau ;
e. formuler le noyau obtenu à l'étape d. en un produit pré-granulé ;
f. sécher le produit pré-granulé ;
g. enrober le produit pré-granulé avec un agent anti-collant ;
