Explanation:
En España se distingue portero de conserge,el primero tiene vivienda en la casa el segundo no. pero ademas suele existir ,en las urbanizaciones cerradas, un conserge con las mismas atribuciones que el primero con la diferncia que su "garita "está en la entrada de la urbanización y tiene su panel de portero automático.
