ciencia de lo rico/de las delicias/del deleite Explanation: miamologie viene de "miam!" "¡ñam!" en español. No creo que tenga traducción (literalmente sería: ñamología, pero no lo pondría así). Creo que es un término inventado por el señor que hizo el libro: Traitée de miamologie; un libro que explica el porqué de la cocina, qué ocurre en cada paso de la cocina.
