diámetro en lo alto del faldón Explanation: Los moldes para pays o tartaletas normalmente tienen un diámetro menor en la base y uno mayor en la parte superior (son de forma cónica). Se le llama faldón a la altura o profundidad del molde. Me parece que no tiene que ver con el tamaño después del horneado, son sólo las medidas del molde. |
