Explanation:
hola, lo único que he encontrado por si te puede servir es que "boyo ton", "boyo thon" o "boyau thon" son formas de referirse a una receta en la que "boyo" o "boyau" significa vísceras, tripas (del atún). Quizá no tienen la parte de fuera del bacalao y deciden hacer la sopa con las vísceras:
