Hola Cristina. Perdoname pero me extraña que con la experiencia que tienes aquí nos des tan poco contexto.

La respuesta pude ser "gozar de las prerrogativas", si es una expresión; "derechohabiente" (adj) o "causahabiente" si se refiere al Derecho.
