modificada para incluir Explanation: Literalmente sería "modificada conteniendo" obligaciones de funcionarios. Como eso es mal español, podrías me a preposición y busca otro verbo: "modificada para incluir". |

enmendada (sobre...) Explanation: Otra opción, pero "modificada" (o "reformada") también funcionan, para mí. Cabe señalar que yo entiendo "portant" como "portant sur...", es decir "sobre", "relativo a". |
