Explanation:
La tempête durant d'habitude au moins un jour. "Temporal" serait plutôt utilisé comme terme général pour décrire le mauvais temps, y compris le "temporal de nieve" (pour les beaux toutous comme celui d'Andrea), alors que "tempestad" décrit plus classiquement la tempête normale (vent, nuages bas, pluie..). On utilisera mieux le verbe "arreciar" (contraire de "amainar") pour évaluer une évolución relative de la tempête.
