insiderbrott Explanation: Vad är ett insiderbrott? Insiderinformation är information om en omständighet som inte är offentliggjord eller allmänt känd och som är ägnad att väsentligt påverka kursen på en aktie eller något annat finansiellt instrument. Den som har insiderinformation får inte för egen eller någon annans räkning förvärva eller avyttra, t.ex. genom köp eller försäljning, sådana finansiella instrument som informationen rör. Den som har sådan information får inte heller använda informationen till att med råd eller på annat sådant sätt föranleda någon annan till sådant förvärv eller avyttring.
