French language (monolingual) [Non-PRO]
General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters / state aid measures
French term or phrase: doit obligatoirement
Il doit obligatoirement apporter quelque chose.

How would you translate this into English? To me, it seems redundant, because both "doit" and "obligatoirement" express necessity.

My translation:
He definitely has to bring something.
