Is anyone out there familiar with Article, 351, paragraph 2 of the Nouveau Code de Procedure Civile? I can't seem to locate references to this particular article it on the net and don't have a copy of the actual text. I get lost from 'supplier a la carence de'. It is quoted in a document I am translating, in which a business relationship between two companies - and whether a certain employee benefited or not from shares - are the matters being investigated.
