Bonjour,

Dans le cadre d'un contrat de travail (Contrat de mission à l'exportation), je bute sur la phrase suivante:

"En cas de non obtention d'une autorisation requise pour l'exercice de la mission nécessitant de mettre un terme à cette dernière, le Salarié sera rapatrié aux frais de la société *à l'exclusion de toute obligation* de reclassement interne au sein de [SOCIETE]."

Je ne comprends vraiment pas ce qu'elle veut dire - que cela ne modifie en rien ses obligations de reclassement? La formulation me paraît soit erronée, soit spécifiquement juridique (dans quel cas je ne trouve rien à ce sujet!).
