MAIS ce n'est pas ce que vous voulez savoir; vous voulez connaître le nom de l'organisme qui émet ce mandat. Puisque vous ne mentionnez pas le nom du pays, je dirais 'an arrest warrant issued by the judicial authorities' ... Cette terminologie, selon moi, s'applique à tous les pays / juridictions ... |
