J'ai trouvé deux appellations différentes dans mes ressources terminologiques. Le GDT propose 'protéOgénèse' alors que TERMIUM avance 'protéINOgénèse'. Pouvez-vous confirmer le terme le plus couramment utilisé. Et quelle est votre expérience en la matière.

Explanation:
A mon avis, on parle davantage de "protéogenèse".

Mais attention, on ne met normalement pas d'accent sur le premier "e" de "-genèse" (bien que le Robert accepte depuis peu cette nouvelle orthographe).
