i am looking for the french word that means "a woman that is getting her act together"...i am told that it is a term called c'estage...but i don't know if this is correct or the right way to spell. thank you.

Only tentatively, I could think of "c'est l'âge/c'est avec l'âge" que la femme mûrit.
And I was going to propose elle **S'assagit**, but if I'm right, Sarah deserves the credit for her prompt answer. :)
