disagree  Michael Eulenhaupt: "handelingsbekwaamheid" is een begrip uit het civilrecht https://www.google.nl/#q=handelingsbekwaam betekenis ... qua betekenis komt het weliswaar overeen met "dispositionsfähig" het is echter een vertaling die op een dwaalspoor leidt

  -> Dat is wel heel gemakkelijk, ik zou verwachten dat je dan met de oplossing komt... Het gaat om een verdachte, een natuurlijk persoon dus? Op wissen.de wordt als synoniem voor dispositionsfähig ook geschäftsfähig gegeven = handelingsbekwaam
