agree  Susanne Bittner: Het is dan ook geen apart beestje, gewoon hertevlees uit Nieuw-Zeeland, daar zijn heel veel hertenfarms, of hoe je dat noemt.

agree  vic voskuil: toch ligt een Texels lam anders: een Texelaar is apart ras. (dit hert heb ik overigens nog nooit van gehoord, maar zal toch inderdaad zo moeten worden vertaald)
