I would have suggested '(company) guidelines for insourcing and outsourcing', but that makes no sense when collocated with Ergebnisse = results of.

agree  philgoddard: I agree with guidelines, but not survey. The connection with "results" isn't easy to understand, but I don't think that's the translator's problem.
