I presume that the 2nd instance is a typo and should reade Bd. not Bd0.

Stephen Reader: Yes vol/vols. @ Kathy, Bd0 could be Vol 0 or mistype but for 0-something or something-0 (e.g. 10 but not for the 2-vol. work!), worth referring this to author.

-> Yes, thanks, Stephen. I had thought it might be our Asker's typo, but you are right, it may be author's or actually refer to the numbering of the vols. Though I have yet to meet a vol. 0!
