The product is an eyelash growth serum.

I would use "For the perfect bat of the eye", but this is obviously not exactly the same and implies a blinking of the eye rather than one single opening of the eye.

Any suggestions?

Re your comment in the Discussion box, if you want to incorporate 'gaze', then the accompanying adjective should be 'alluring'
