This seems to mean a kind of pediatric clinic for caring for children with the flu, but I can find it in no dictionary, and am unfamiliar with such an institution. Here's the context:

Asker: I don't think so, since there are 26,000 Google hits for Kindergrippe (but the machine translations are as stumped as I am!) Of course, it could still be a typo...
