interest rate chasers
Explanation:
The Ultimate Interest Rate Chaser Calculator;
This calculator is based on a rate-chasing breakeven time formula developed previously which takes into account the “days of lost interest”, or the time in between transfers where the money is not earning interest in either account;
They’re a latter-day version of day traders. Rate chasers, they call themselves: savers who hunt for the best interest rates at banks and credit unions and quickly move their cash from one account to another;

Interest rate "sharks"

Explanation:
As a "creative" afternoon suggestion, with the current banking situation I would also do a "Sun" heading and combine interest rate with Slumdog, but I am not so creative.

Interest hunters

Explanation:
I don't think the term is meant to be negative - it just means those investors who seek returns in interest on savings rather than those who seek capital gain through shares, bonds etc.. But this is only a translation - I can't find the term used using Google.

high-interest seekers

Explanation:
The shock to financial confidence was felt locally with the collapse of finance companies, and high-interest seekers discovered that terms such as "secured debenture stock" were not to be taken literally.
