I've found a few instances of this phrase online, and they all repeat the definition above: gesamt-wirtschaftlicher Produktivität plus Inflation. So I understand what this is. But what do we call it in EN please? I've asked an experienced financial translator (DE-EN) and he didn't know!

This is from a trades union informing its members how it is negotiating pay rises for the coming year.
