Let's get finnicky, shall we?

2. In 95% of territories, A pair's territorial behavior, the emergence of fledglings or attmepted nesting has been confirmed.

See the definition from the Rare Breeding Birds Panel (the RBBP link below): "Where tables show the number of occupied territories, these are the sum of probable and confirmed breeding pairs, as territorial birds are classed as being probably breeding, unless a nest has (at least) progressed to the stage where eggs have been laid, in which case the pair is classified as a confirmed breeding pair. It is important to note that confirmed breeding is not the same as successful breeding; nests that fail with eggs or with young still fall into the confirmed category."

You've got a couple of things wrong:
Reviere is plural, so it means "in 95% of territories"
Brut means mating or nesting, I'm not sure which.
