German term or phrase: Gletscherbonbon
Zusammen mit den drei anderen Sorten Mandarina Bavaria, Hüll Melon und Hallertau Blanc gilt Polaris (PA) als Special Flavour Hopfen. Sein Aroma wird gerne mit Minze bzw. *Gletscherbonbon* verglichen und als frisch-fruchtig beschrieben.

I know what they are, they are whitish-blue but no idea what they are called in English.

Perhaps deviate v slightly from the German 'bzw.' to mitigate the repetition of 'mint', e.g.: ... mint, or more especially Glacier Mint, ...

I think a British-English reader would understand glacier mint as being the Fox's brand, so I'd advise initial capitals. Can't speak for our cousins across the pond.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you. However, I suppose you mean glac*i*er mint. Now I found it. Though it sound a wee bit odd: mint and/or glacier mint IMO

agree  philgoddard: "Said to have some fruit flavor, the most common reported flavor is spicy mint. The mint flavor is best described like the flavor in a glacier mint candy". https://www.morebeer.com/products/german-polaris-hops-pellet...
