Again, I'm considering "imbricated," but I don't see then what the difference would be between verschuppt and eingeschuppt. I'm translating "Schuppen" as "thrust slices," and I could see in this context that "veschuppt" might have something to do with that process.

imbricated
Explanation:
Is what my Geotechnical Engineering dictionary says.
It also refers to a Schuppe as "(rock) slice" and "(rock) horse" between two thrusts in imbricate structure but I presume you already know that.

Perhaps "thrust-bound" may be possible for eingschuppt

interthrusted

Explanation:
From a geological point of view there is no significant difference between "eingeschuppt" and "verschuppt mit". I found only very few examples for "interthrusted" but among the geologists using this term there is Brian F. Windley - a really honoured expert in structural geology.

Fossil investigations of this assemblage indicate dominant Ordovician rock packages interthrusted with Early Mississippian, Devonian, and Silurian sections:

... formed in an oceanic environment and were then interthrusted with older continental gneisses:

In some localities, Ordovician beds are interthrusted into Mississippian beds:

From its lithology, this tectonic unit has been proposed to represent a shelf sequence interthrusted with orthogneisses and slices of ophiolitic complexes, which may represent relics of the Mozambique Ocean floor:
