agree  Carlie Sitzman: I agree. According to my dictionary, "turnier" was specific to jousting in the middle ages but is often used in modern terms to refer to a tournament.

Unter 'Aufzug' verstehe ich eigentlich mehr einen Umzug aller Teilnehmenden - in diesem Sinne wuerde 'tournament parade' oder 'Grande Parade' passen. Wenn damit allerdings mehr die Unterhaltung der Gaeste waehrend des Mahles etc gemeint ist, dann passt jeux de mots Vorschlag vielleicht besser.

Explanation:
From research online it seems like although "Turnier" could be just "jousting" in English, it seems in fact that jousting was one particular part of medieval tournaments. And taking into account what Elisabeth pointed out about trying to find a more equivalent translation of Aufzug, I think that procession works better than parade.
