German term or phrase: Notariatsakten
Most of this text is in German, but the author has thrown in some English word here and there. Sometimes he uses "Notariatsakten" and other times he uses "notarial acts" which I don't think is the right translation based on the context. To me, notary register or notary files seem to make more sense. Any ideas?

German:

Kirchliche Institutionen erschienen in den Notariatsakten des Jakob Haas nur selten, die Verwaltung ihrer Grundherrschaften wurde in anderen Schriftquellen dokumentiert.

Im Folgenden soll der Blick von einem Einzelfall auf eine Analyse der Transaktionen, wie sie in den Notariatsakten dokumentiert wurden, gelenkt werden.

And then in English:
Zusammen mit dem Verkauf von 58 agrarischen Gütern oder Gebäuden ohne Bauernhof und ohne Wein bildete der Handel mit agricultural holdings (with or without farmstead) den größten Einzelposten der Landtransaktionen in den notarial acts.

In den notarial acts of Jakob Haas war die Übertragung von Gütern zur Erbleihe eine wichtige Transaktionsform.
