Maybe concentrate Explanation: This may be late now, but I just had an almost identical phrase in a text I am currently translating. Based on the overall context of my text, I decided to use 'intends to concentrate on ...' The foregoing suggestion, ie. rely, is also a possibility depending on your context. Good luck! |
