This is from a chapter about the objectives and investment policy of a fund: "Die Investition in zulässige Anlagen der Rohstoffbranche (bis zu 30% des Netto- Fondsvermögens) erfolgt über 1:1-Zertifikate, in die kein Derivat eingebettet ist."

I am unable to get any hits for 1:1 (one to one) certificates and have not come across this term before. Would that be the correct translation?
