In light of having translated Satzung as Constitution, would this be

a) By-laws of 07/06/1966
b) Constitution of 07/06/1966

Explanation:
There's no set translation for this, though since there's an exact English equivalent you may as well use it. Bylaws and constitution are fine too, and I don't know why your organisation has both a Satzung and a Statut.

We usually say statutes rather than statute.
