German term or phrase: Termin-Festhypothek
From a Swiss estate inventory, the terms "Termin-Festhypothek" and "Festhypothek" are both used.

I believe "Festhypothek" should be translated as "fixed-term mortgage" but am not sure what to do with the "Termin".

Is there a recognised UK expression that conveys this idea?

(pers.) level-payment fixed-date mortgage> (corp.) level-interest fixed charge
Explanation:
At first sight, looks like an endowment life-term mortgage, but it isn't.

Next question: is this an individal's mortgage. A company debenture/ mortgage might - if granted by a testator or testatrix - even go into the private estate inventory.

fixed date mortgage

Explanation:
Laut Definition im Zahn "mortgage arrangement whereby the entire principal falls due on a fixed date"
