Sorry I don't have too much more context. Might this be a buyback agreement after a rent-to-own project did not quite reach the stage of the property being "owned" (i.e., fully paid for) by the lessee-purchaser?

The inclusion of "back" in the middle of a string of German substantives is throwing me off. I don't understand the meaning of this German phrase. "Purchase Buyback" also is not correct English, I know.

I will have to do some further reading on this (possibly both in German and in English). For the time being, however, I'm really not sure how to interpret this basic concept.

agree  Björn Vrooman: Agree with Allegro. The non-capitalized use of "back" is especially irritating, IMO, though some Germans use it like this. I think they should've just kept the English words then.
