aufgrund .... arbeitsrechtlichen Näheverhältnisses by virtue of a close link/age with his employment Explanation: perchance. more legalistically and long-winded for Plain Legal English campaigners: by dint of a proximate relationship in employment (AE: labor law) terms. This may make it clearer that the ticket inspector is still 'acting in the course of his employment'. The ticket inspector's job took him to the bus depot where he may not have been actually employed, rather - as a matter of routine - by the bus company. Not really a proximate labo/u/r law 'interest' here, as in the first weblink. - cut to Paddington Railway Station ticket inspectors 'still on duty' (im arbeitsrechtlichen Näheverhältnis?) at a pub opposite, claimed to be on British Rail land, and threatening to arrest drinkers 'without being in possession of a valid railway or platform ticket .' in the course of his/her duty Explanation: A glorified legalistic term for, "...the inspector, as authorised by his/her duties, happened to be in this location at the time..." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2020-07-01 16:44:38 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Some other simplified solutions stressing somewhat the legal entitlement aspect: as authorised by....duties as entitled under...duties in conformity with...duties and so on... |
