agree  philgoddard: I think "prohibitory injunctive relief" is a tautology, because injunctive relief is prohibitory. It's an order to stop doing something. "Cease and desist" is OK too.

  -> Well, this is what the legal dictionary definition says about injunctive relief: "A court order requiring a person or entity to do, or to refrain from doing, a specified action" That's why I think it's better to add "prohibitory".

neutral  Miriam Weiss: That's why I would say "seek" prohibitory injunction or "action/application" for prohibitory injunction/injunctive relief. "Cease and desist" seems to be more appropriate for letters/orders outside of legal proceedings.
