peer agreement (net): +1Arabicium, Haebraicum, Syriacum Explanation: Ähnlich wie das Latinum gibt es auch das Arabicum und Haebraicum, für die Übersetzung geht das dann auch in Verbindung mit dem Wort "Prüfung, also Arabicum-Prüfung etc. Analog wäre dann das Syriacum, das heißt die entsprechenden Mindestkenntnisse in der wahrscheinlich assyrischen Sprache??? Wenn es nämlich Syrisch wäre, wären wir wieder beim Arabicum angelangt... Ich denke dass diese Bezeichnungen für ein mittleres Sprachniveau der entsprechenden Sprachen gültig sind, also entsprechend dem frühere kleinen Latinum... Langenscheidt gibt dafür die Übersetzung: Intermediate Latin qualyfying examination, so I suppose you could say: intermediate qualifying examinations in Arabic, Hebrew and Assyrian |
