Ich überprüfe eine vorliegende Übersetzung.

Wurde wie folgt übersetzt:
"That is our strength and our field of action with the greatest leverage effect, also for the future. An open ***culture for constructive criticism*** belongs to this as well. During the past two years, this has changed very positively, and the awareness has been created that such a ***culture of constructive criticism*** is necessary for development."

Gibt es für "Fehlerkultur" eventuell einen griffigeren englischen Begriff?

Explanation:
Hi Klaus, good to see you're still out there, it's been a while. I'm going to toss this out there, as I am sure there will loads of other excellent suggestions. In this context, I would toss the beleaguered 'culture' as it makes absolutely no sense (to me). However, the cultivatio of errors has nice double-meaning to it and carries a clear image.
