German term or phrase: Reichweitenpartnern
Auf diese Weise entstehen optimal abgestimmte Lösungen, die die Marketingstrategie unserer Kunden, Kooperationen mit unseren Reichweitenpartnern, Performance der Werbung, Social Media und unsere Technologie zielführend und passgenau miteinander verbinden.

English translation:partners
Explanation:
It is highly likely that if the text had originally been drafted by a native English speaker, the word used would have been simply 'partners'. It may be stating the obvious, but German nouns are often more specific than their English equivalents, i.e. the first part of compound nouns often sounds redundant to English speakers if retained in translation. Unless 'Reichweiten' is deemed essential information in the context, I believe 'partners' is the preferred solution. (This is a classic case of where dictionaries and formal equivalence can fall down.)

In the end I opted to use simply partners in my translation, although I appreciate that it is not completely spot on, but in some ways advertising partners sounded too specific, therefore thanks to both Ramey and Kieran

partners that extend our scope

Explanation:
Marketing bla-bla for which it is difficult to find a short term. "Scope partners" feels iffy. "partners in extending our scope" is another long possibility.

disagree  Steffen Walter: In marketing/advertising, "Reichweite" is "reach", not "scope".

advertising(?)/circulation/dissemination partners

Explanation:
could this simply mean other companies presenting banners, ads, etc. on their websites? Or

Thus, we have reached an optimal, cohesive solution perfectly aligning customer/client marketing strategies, our advertising/circulation/dissemination partners, advertising performance and social media as well as technology, which satisfies all these needs. (Or something like that)

agree  Alexander Schleber (X): I like that, it makes more sense in the context than my answer. And I would leave advertising, after all it is a prime tool in extending one's range.

-> Not so sure myself, Alexander, but thanks!

agree  Eleanore Strauss: It's reach, not dissemination. It refers to coverage. Not really, Ramey. I worked in the advertising industry for many years. Distribution is not the issue at all. It's about the reach or coverage achieved through media or other forms of marketing.

-> Context will tell if I'm moving in the right direction. Distributors is also good, IF they sell the product elsewhere.//I'll take your expert word for it then! Have a good one!

neutral  Eleanore Strauss: this is very specific. Not just partners, but partners in obtaining or extending reach, i.e. coverage. Answer: There is no mention of extending reach. Partners with whom we collaborate to achieve reach (or on matters of reach).
2 hrs
-> If you believe it should be more specific here, another possibility would be: 'the way we collaborate with those who extend our coverage'. ('Extend' is simply a collocation of 'coverage' / 'reach'; https://www.englishclub.com/vocabulary/collocations.htm )

neutral  Ramey Rieger (X): Hi Kieran! Partners could also be suppliers, distributors, and who knows what-all else.
3 hrs
-> You are right! However, the fact that the English word 'partners' has a broader range of meaning doesn't preclude its use if it sounds much more natural to the target audience. To this degree, natural-sounding English is often less precise than German.
