Selbe Abdomensonographie bei einem Patienten mit Gallengangkarzinom. Der Satz lautet:

Der Ductus choledochus und hepaticus communis zeigt eine langstreckige, unruhige Wandverdickung.

Wandverdickung = wall thickening, aber was bedeutet unruhig in dem Zusammenhang? In einem vorherigen Satz hiess es: Pfortader Wandung erscheint irregulaer verdickt, z. B. durch Infiltration des Gallangangkarzinoms.'.

Maybe 'unruhig' is used here in the same sense as 'irregulaer' in dem anderen Satz?
