German term or phrase: lobuliertes feintraubiges Fettgewebekzidat
I do these pathology reports quite often and normally know where to look if something is new to me, but I'm having a problem with "feintraubig". In the German -English Biology dictionary it is listed as a botanical term. I would very much appreciate the medical equivalent in English if anyone has it? Thanks in advance
