SGLT[2] Explanation: Just guessing - a doctor mixing up or mixmumbling those complicated letters and/or a typist mis-hearing some letters... SGLT2 inhibitors plus DDP-IV inhibitors would be a plausible combination for diabetes management. Whatever it is, STWGD is no standard or common abbreviation in medspeak, and you might as well add a translator's note and not worry too much about it. |
